Hello there

I'm Pauline Elias, a full-time artist and watercolour fashion painter based in London.

At the heart of my portrait work is a desire to capture moments of emotion and inner presence — the quiet confidence, vulnerability, and beauty that live behind a glance or a gesture. Watercolour lets me explore softness, spontaneity, and contrast, creating figures that feel both timeless and emotionally alive. Whether inspired by fashion, nature, or fleeting expressions, each painting is a reflection of the quiet power found in femininity, stillness, and imagination.

London’s creative chaos is a constant source of inspiration. Often, just stepping into a coffee shop, watching the world move, and noticing the small details — a hat, a gesture, a silhouette — is enough to spark a new piece.

Beyond creating, I love sharing what I do — whether through teaching watercolour workshops in central London, or documenting my artistic journey on YouTube for a global community of fellow art lovers.

Some things I adore (and that often find their way into my work): chaotic cities, filter coffee, people-watching, chocolate, and fields of wildflowers.

If you'd like to connect, ask a question, or explore more of what I do, feel free to reach out — or visit my YouTube channel for a behind-the-scenes look into my world.
